Leafy (Loranthaceous) mistletoes

New Zealand's leafy mistletoes are in the Loranthaceae family. The New Zealand Botanic Region has six species of native leafy mistletoe. The six species are: Peraxilla tetrapetala at Whakapapa, Tongariro National Park. Photos by John Sawyer.
