Celery pines

The New Zealand Botanic Region has three species of native celery pine which are in the podocarp family (although some suggest they should be included in their own celery pine family - Phyllocladaceae). There are two additional species in the genus Phyllocladus and they are found in Tasmania (Phyllocladus aspeliifolius, celery-top-pine) and Malesia (Phyllocladus hypophyllus, Malesian celery pine).
